Will they help with my foot pain?
Every pair is designed to take pressure off the places that hurt: a wide toe box for bunions and swelling, cushioned soles that soften every step, and supportive footbeds for tired arches and heels. They are comfort footwear, not a medical treatment, so if you have diabetes, poor circulation or ongoing pain, please check with your doctor or podiatrist first.
What size should I order?
Order your usual shoe size. If your feet swell later in the day or you are between sizes, go up one size. Some fleece-lined winter styles fit snugger, so always check the fit note and the Size Chart on each product page. If the fit still isn't right, you can return or exchange your pair within 14 days of delivery.
Are they easy to put on and take off?
Yes. Many styles have side zips or slip-on designs, and all of them have roomy openings and soft, flexible uppers, so they go on and come off without a struggle and need no breaking in.
Do they look like orthopedic shoes?
No. They look like everyday sneakers, boots and slippers, so you get the support without the clinical look.
What if they don't fit or I don't like them?
You can return any pair within 14 days of delivery, no reason needed, and that includes items bought on sale. Just email us at help@useorthovia.com with your order number and we'll send you the return instructions. Once the return is approved, we refund the full amount you paid, including standard shipping. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
How long does delivery take?
Shipping is free on every order. We process orders within 1 to 3 business days, and delivery usually takes:
- Europe: 6 to 10 business days
- United Kingdom: 5 to 9 business days
- United States: 6 to 12 business days
- Asia-Pacific and Middle East: 7 to 14 business days
